Well, first you make reservations at a very, very nice restaurant, and then you go out and buy a very, very nice dress to wear to that very, very nice restaurant -- and maybe buy him a shirt or tie... and he'll be sure to remember next year!!! :)
Congrats -- we're on our 31st ourselves (and he's usually the one who remembers first!!)
